One-Chip LiP 77GHz RFCMOS Automotive Radar SoC
The high-performance one-chip launcher-in-package SAF85xxL RFCMOS automotive radar SoC is designed to operate from 76 to 81 GHz, covering the automotive radar frequency band. It is is optimized for fast chirp modulation and high output power, enabling entry NCAP up to high performance front radar sensors supporting short-, medium- and long-range radar applications in a compact form factor. It is also an ISO 26262 compliant device targeting ASIL Level B.
